IP & device fingerprinting: we hash device characteristics to detect duplicate accounts and bot abuse. Read more on our cookies page.

Retention: account data is kept while your account is active. Audit logs and financial transactions are retained for 7 years for compliance reasons, even after account deletion.

Right to erasure: you can request deletion from your account settings. We use a 14-day grace period — login again within those 14 days to cancel. After that, your profile is anonymised; financial records are kept (without PII) for audit.

Right to portability: download a complete JSON export of your data from your account settings at any time.

We comply with GDPR. Data is stored on EU servers via our cloud provider.
