Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of DuckReward. By creating an account or using the platform you agree to be bound by them. Please read them carefully.
1. Definitions
"Platform" means the DuckReward website, apps and APIs. "Ducks" are the in-platform virtual reward units. "Offerwall" refers to third-party advertising partners that pay us when you complete sponsored offers.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract in your country of residence. One account per person and per household. Accounts created on behalf of someone else, businesses or bots are not allowed.
3. Account & security
Keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at security@duckreward.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
4. Ducks are not money
Ducks are a virtual reward unit with no monetary value outside the Platform, cannot be transferred between accounts and are not redeemable for cash except through the payout methods we explicitly offer. We may adjust conversion rates with reasonable notice.
5. Earning Ducks
Ducks are first credited as pending and become confirmed once the relevant advertiser, offerwall or payment partner has validated the action. Pending Ducks may be reversed (chargeback, fraud, invalid completion). Confirmed Ducks remain in your balance unless reversed for fraud.
6. Prohibited conduct
You may not: use VPN/proxy to mask your location during offers when prohibited by the partner, operate multiple accounts, use bots or automation, self-click your own referral links, submit false personal data, attempt to manipulate offer tracking, or use the Platform for unlawful purposes. Violations lead to suspension and forfeiture of unconfirmed Ducks.
7. Payouts
Payouts are subject to minimum balance thresholds, a hold period of up to 14 days for fraud screening, and identity verification (KYC) for amounts above the threshold disclosed at checkout. We may delay or refuse a payout if there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, sanctions risk or breach of these terms.
8. Suspension & termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, are inactive for more than 12 months, or pose a security or compliance risk. You may close your account at any time from your settings; financial records are retained for legal reasons.
9. Disclaimer & liability
The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profits, and for offerwall partner downtime. Our aggregate liability is limited to the Ducks credited to your account in the 6 months preceding the claim.
10. Changes to the terms
We may update these terms to reflect product, legal or regulatory changes. Material changes are notified by email or in-product at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after that date means acceptance.
11. Governing law & disputes
These terms are governed by Belgian law. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Brussels, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rights. EU consumers may also use the European Online Dispute Resolution platform.
